There was once a very nice league known as the MFL.  Chuck Ridgeway and Mike Wiggins did everything they could to destroy the league and now they want the Bears to join the league they are starting.  I would advise the Bears, Panthers and Cougars to promote the MFL they have kept alive.  Hell, the Twin City Storm message board has been full of posts saying that Chuck can't even run his own team.  Stay away.

Have you not paid attention to anything ? The Saints , Storm, Steel, and Lions all left your bull**** league because they all needed more competition other than eachother. If you think about it how can someone take pride in saying that they went to the playoffs in a four team league or to say that they won a championship. That's why the MFL will always and the teams in it will always be below the standards of most teams. I also thought that all teams had to vote on everything that was done when Mike was the Commisioner so sounds like all eight of the teams screwed up your league.

The only time your league and your team was run right was when Craig, Terry and Kurt was involved with Coop. Would love to see the MFL League and your team return to the glory of old.

How do you know what's bullS__T and whats reality unless you come to the meeting on the 6th?  I have played in the Mid-States Football League, Midwest Football League, North American Football League, the old South Central Football League and MLFA and each league has had their share of sh_tty teams and sh_tty people in charge of the league.

Why not just come and hear whats being said then if you think it will benefit your team then make a commitment, if it doesn't benefit you then stay put.  I don't know how you feel you can make a judgement call on the type of league the GMFL is if you haven't attended any meetings.

The teams that have attended like the fact that a former NFL star is running the league and not an owner who is going to be bias when his team is involved in a conflict.  I also can't see teams wanting to join the MFL with a commissioner that can't be reached.

Is that really promoting the league  Something to ponder!
