Well there was a schedule but it has to be redone now because the Jacksonville Sharks have already dropped out of the league.  You would think that someone would learn that after not being able to play the last 3 years what would make them able to this year??  What a league...looks like everyone will be in the playoffs and everyone will be on the all-league team.  Maybe everyone should have jumped ship from the MFL...

I'm sorry I had to withdraw my team for 3 reasons. No money, the field contract expired and the team has not been registered in the State of Illinois to be the non-profit organization legally to have sponsors. Those three are being worked on as we speak. Time ran out, and I had to make the decision. Even though we got players in roster, but with no money and sponsors, it would be best not to inconvenience the other 4 teams and MFL in their entirety. Its just a business decision, but once I get all of these things squared up, we'll be back. Count on that.

The thing is, you probably didn't know that the Sharks organization has already changed hands, and as a new owner, I'm making things right here and now, but, due to the fact that the organization is at chaos financially and hierachially, I wouldn't bring it active without things in place. The other teams wouldn't bring themselves into league without things in place, too. It's not up to league to say the team has to play in the league if the owner says they are not ready. If we were ready and league says no to the Sharks, we can go elsewhere. No ill wills. No complaints. The previous owner signed us up into MFL, and I had to digress that due to the fact the organization has nothing to work with unless I take care of 3 things I previously mentioned, and we can go from there. That's just a business nature. Nothing more, nothing less.

ok here goes the rumors about the sharks.....yes i did turn it over to someone else to run and no it's not because i'm in tax trouble or anything like that. For starters a team doesnt havent to be registered as a business if it isnt one. I personally funded this team for years out of my own pocket. It's just a bunch of guys getting together to play ball. I paid for things for the team out of kindness not to turn a buck. How can a guy be in trouble for losing over 15 grand in the 5 years he took take of the team ? before people start saying things they dont know try keeping things to yourself til you know the whole story. I see already that by letting someone else take over hasnt progressed the team in any matter i may return and start funding it myself again.

Tax evasion, my a$$. I neglected to mention that Sharks was privately funded, but with trying to get sponsors, I got lectured about the FEIN and registration with Department of Revenue as Athletic/Charitable, so I'm doing it under the advice, and then I can work with them. I learned that if you want something better, you gotta give something to make it work..... like there's always a catch if you want something. My apologies for being a bit abstract on this matter.
